Humans need humans.
Let’s make the world less lonely, together.
We’re more connected than ever. And somehow, more alone. We text. We scroll. We send memes. We watch each other’s lives happen through a screen. But somewhere along the way, actually connecting got harder.
Making friends as an adult is weird. Vulnerability is uncomfortable. And a whole lot of us want deeper relationships without really knowing how to create them.
Unlonely Together exists to change that. A place to learn, practice, talk, laugh, meet other humans, and get better at the stuff nobody ever really taught us: how to connect.
Come Get Unlonely →
We were never meant to do life disconnected.
Research has linked chronic social disconnection with serious health risks, a reminder of just how deeply humans need other humans.
We weren’t built to navigate life alone.
So let’s get better at finding — and actually knowing — each other.
Welcome to Unlonely Together.Â
Our mission is simple: making the world less lonely by helping humans get better at being human together.
This is a growing platform for people who want more meaningful human connection — in their friendships, conversations, communities, and everyday lives.
We’re not just going to talk about loneliness around here. We’re going to actually do something about it.
Learn
Because nobody actually taught us how to do this stuff.
Courses, workshops, and practical resources about friendship, vulnerability, conversation, social confidence, belonging, and creating deeper relationships. Because somehow we learned algebra, but nobody taught us how to make friends at 35.
Gather
Let’s actually talk to each other.
Live virtual conversations, group talks, workshops, and events about the things humans are actually thinking, feeling, and experiencing. Sometimes you’ll learn something. Sometimes you’ll meet someone. Sometimes you’ll just realize, “Wait…it’s not just me.”
Connect
This is the “Together” part.
A community for humans who want something deeper than likes, followers, and occasionally responding to someone’s Instagram story. Come talk. Participate. Practice. Meet people. Be weird. Maybe even find some of your people.
Take It With You
Connection shouldn’t end when you close your laptop.
Conversation prompts, guides, challenges, workbooks, and other tools designed to help you bring more connection into your actual life. Use them with friends. Partners. Family. New people. Old people. People you’d like to know better. Because the goal isn’t for you to need Unlonely Together forever. The goal is for your world to become a little less lonely.
Connection isn’t something you either have or you don’t. It’s something you can build.
You can learn to ask better questions.
You can learn how to turn an acquaintance into an actual friend.
You can become the kind of human who makes other people feel welcome, included, and seen.
You can get more comfortable being vulnerable.
You can become a better listener.
You can learn to let people actually know you.
You can get better at reaching out instead of always waiting to be invited.
And yes — you can find your people.
We’ll work on all of it here.
Real Humans.
Real Connection.Â
AI can answer almost anything. It can give you conversation starters. Explain friendship dynamics. Tell you seven ways to make friends as an adult.
But information was never really the problem.
Humans need humans. We need laughter. Awkwardness. Eye contact. Stories. Shared experiences. Inside jokes. Someone remembering the thing we told them three weeks ago.
We need the moment someone says: “Wait…you do that too?”
Technology can help us find each other. But it can’t replace what happens when we do. That’s what Unlonely Together is about.

Hi, I’m Krista.
I’ve spent a lot of my life learning about humans. For more than a decade, I worked as a licensed psychotherapist, sitting with people through some of the hardest, weirdest, most human parts of life.
And one thing kept showing up:Â people needed more connection.
Not just someone to talk to when things were falling apart. People wanted friends. Community. Someone to call on a random Tuesday. Relationships where they could stop performing and actually be themselves. Places where they felt like they belonged.
And I became fascinated by that. So I’m building something around it. Not another therapy practice. Something bigger. A place where we can learn about connection, practice it, talk about it, laugh about how awkward it can be — and create more opportunities to actually experience it.
Because I don’t think the answer to loneliness is simply talking about loneliness. I think we have to create more places where connection can actually happen.
That’s what I’m building.
